I spend 14 – 20 days a month in NE Kansas working to secure land, land rights, easements and right of way for a scheduled 200 MW Wind Farm in Kansas for NextEra Energy Resources, LLC.

·   Research County ownership records, deed, easement and right of way agreements.

·   Present and explain detailed contracts.

Negotiate and review Lease Agreements, transmission Agreements, Easements and right of way Agreements while building long and solid relationships between landowners and developer

·   Work with Local, State and Federal Zoning matters

·   I interpolate and parse trust documents in order to get a perfect title chain and ownership clarification.
